Colchester & Ipswich Hospital's are looking for volunteers to support and aid the staff to provide person centred care to those patients who are living with dementia by:

• completing 'This is Me' paperwork with patient's relatives/carers & patients either in person on the ward or over the telephone,
• making/receiving telephone calls
• filing forms into patient notes
• chatting with patients, relatives and carers

Currently shifts are available at the following locations.

Colchester Hospital, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 10am-2pm.

Ipswich Hospital, Monday-Friday 10am-2pm.
