Appointed by the Think Tank Leader for short term assignment lasting less than 3 months to respond to, advise and provide input on a specific issue or problem. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. Would require, in some situations, the ability to respond on short notice. Requirements for technical expertise would be matched with volunteer's disclosure of proficiency in knowledge base.
