A - Elected Office - National - Secretary
Serves a 2 year elected term, as a member of the Board of Directors, is responsible for the day-today management of ANNA activities within a delineated geographical area and serves as liaison with the membership: locally, regionally and nationally. (See ANNA website for detail about qualifications/requirements and role description, including time commitments and meeting expectations) Must have a minimum of a baccalaureate or advanced degree in nursing and have 2 years experience within the last 5 years of active, effective leadership experience in ANNA. Candidates for the National Board of Directors without a baccalaureate or advanced degree in nursing will be considered for an exemption if they meet specific criteria. Current certification in nephrology nursing and 1 year experience in an "executive" position in ANNA.
