FRIENDS GIFT SHOP CUSTOMER SERVICE (minimum age 14)

CURRENT OPENINGS: 2 or 4 hour day shifts only (between 9 am and 4 pm)

Great opportunity to gain customer service/people skills in a retail position within a hospital environment. Volunteers work in a team with supervisors and other volunteers. Gift Shop customers are staff, visitors and patients.

Requirements:

• must be 14 years of age or older
• must be able to commit for a minimum of 6 months in the same shift
• must be comfortable working with people in a busy, hectic environment
• recent experience working with a cash register is preferred.
