Volunteer with our Refugee Career Pathways program which is designed to support clients with academic and vocational training goals.  Volunteer will mentor clients providing with assistance towards career -focused goals. The RCP program provides assistance with job search strategy and promotes placement within the clients’ career field of interest. In addition, the program offers exclusive access to degree evaluations, scholarship funds for vocational trainings, and networking strategies. Career tracks available include: medical fields, automotive and CDL truck driving, tech industry, customer service, administration, and agriculture. 

This is a 3-month commitment with 1-2 hours per week spent with mentee.
