This is a one-on-one mentorship opportunity to assist an individual client participating in our Micro Enterprise Development program. The MED program assists our clients to build a small business through a credit development loan and access to financial literacy classes. 

As a volunteer Mentor, you will develop a relationship with your client Mentee focused on supporting them on their pathway of starting/building a successful small business. Potential mentorship activities can include coaching on the development of their business "brand", developing business budgets, market development, etc. Each MED mentorship is tailored to the individual client. 

The mentorship time commitment is for 3-6 months with at least 2 hours spent with your mentee every 2 weeks. The mentorship schedule will be developed based of your and your mentee's mutual availability.
