Provide mentorship for clients in our Refugee Career Pathways program. Through this program each participant receives individualized case management along with an Individual Career Development Plan tailored to their specific goals and needs. Clients can choose from a variety of activities and classes, which help them to upskill and develop stronger proficiency with the English language. Participants also gain access to community mentors including professionals working in the fields of medicine, business, technology, education, agriculture, and more. The program provides assistance with job search strategy and promotes placement within the clients’ career field of interest. In addition, the program offers exclusive access to degree evaluations, scholarship funds for vocational trainings, and networking strategies.
