Total wildlife in care: 487
- 297 at Bahde Wildlife Center
- 34 at Ramona Wildlife Center
- 156 in satellite volunteer homes
The total number of companion animals in SDHS care is 1,313: 980 (75%) at a campus, 333 (25%) in foster. The total number of companion animals that entered care last week was 469 and the total that exited care was 389.
We are currently at 155% canine capacity and 41% feline capacity across all campuses.
We currently have 697 canines in-care (590 in-shelter); breakdown of canine capacity by campus:
- ECC: 207%
- OSC: 202%
- ESC: 168%
- SDC (excluding BC & Nursery): 143%
There are 78 more animals in care compared to last Monday.
