Youth Life Skills (Up to 23 years)
Youth Life Skills volunteers work as part of the goals of the Ready Set Go program directive, to enhance life and independent living skills for youth prior to transitioning out of our services at age 23. We are currently identifying needs and developing new roles to support youth and are looking for volunteers who already have skills to share (financial planning, menu planning, budgeting, etc) or would like to learn new skills (navigating community services, group facilitation, etc). This program is in the developmental stages. Volunteer roles and time commitment will be flexible based on schedule and goals and may be leading a workshop or working one-on-one.
