Food Services - Food Pantry - shopper
Volunteer as a "shopper" for participants in our food pantry program. Using a shopping list filled out by participant, the volunteer will "shop" our pantry for the participant, filling a box with food for the participant. Requires walking, pushing a shopping cart, reaching and light lifting. Must wear closed toed shoes, and be able to volunteer during our pantry distribution days & hours. (Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. and Wednesday 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.)
Qualifications Required
- How much can you lift comfortably? Must be at least 30lbs
