Year Round Opportunities - Office/ Administrative - Digital Media Assistant

This volunteer will help market and promote Salvation Army programs and activities while gaining hands on learning experience in media, communications, and graphic design.


Specific Duties:

  • Develop, monitor, and maintain social media for The Salvation Army – Fox Cities
  • Compile testimonials or narratives from Salvation Army participants (clients, volunteers, & donors)
  • Take photos of Salvation Army activities and collect photo releases as needed
  • Develop and produce PowerPoint presentations/ videos for Salvation Army programs and activities
  • Produce promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, or posters
  • Give presentations about Salvation Army programs to local groups, businesses, and organizations (if needed)
  • Represent The Salvation Army at fairs or special events (if needed)
