When patients and families arrive at the hospital door, they may feel stressed by the need to have to come to a hospital, finding a parking spot, and navigating the hospital. The volunteer Wayfinder supports patients, families and visitors by welcoming them at the front entrance, offering guidance and helping them get where they need to go.
