Pet Visitor
The pet visitation program invites owners of well-mannered pets to volunteer with their furry companions. Volunteers and their pets visit patients at the hospital to make their stay a little bit more enjoyable.
Pets need to be well mannered, comfortable around strangers, and complete a screening assessment by a veterinarian.
Although dogs are our most common volunteers, cats and other animals are welcome if they have the right temperament.
