Patient Experience Volunteer
Would you like to be part of a pool of volunteers, we are looking to develop to form a Trust Survey Team. This role involves chatting and socialising with patients and/or relatives to ask about how they felt about their recent stay in/visit to Chesterfield Royal. The role will involve passing on their comments to our Patient Experience Team and, if the patient is willing, go through the questions on the Trust's 'Friends and Family' survey. You will be playing an important part in ensuring that valuable feedback about our patients and relatives' experience of the care received, is passed on. The Trust is able to use this feedback to help in our goal of maintaining a high level of quality patient care.
This role would suit anyone who enjoys talking to different kinds of people from all sections of the community or anyone studying sociology, communication, customer care etc. In addition to the normal Volunteers Induction, we will be training anyone interested to use iPads for the survey, which will provide the Trust with valuable real time data.
