Administration Support

Good Karma Bikes is seeking a dedicated volunteer to provide executive administrative support to our CEO. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who wants to contribute to the strategic operations of our community bicycle program.

Key Responsibilities:

Presentation development: Creating and formatting Apple Keynote presentations for board meetings, community partnerships, grant applications, and stakeholder communications, incorporating data visualization and compelling storytelling about program impact.

Board meeting preparation: Organizing meeting materials, preparing agenda packets, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all necessary documentation is ready for board presentations and decision-making.

Executive support: Managing special projects, conducting research on best practices or funding opportunities, coordinating with community partners, and handling correspondence that requires detailed attention.

Qualifications: Proficiency in Apple work suite porducts, strong writing and editing skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently on complex projects, and experience with professional document preparation. Previous executive support or nonprofit experience would be amazing.
