Subject: 🌭 URGENT: Weenie Crisis at Good Karma Bikes (Please Advise)

Dear Volunteer Heroes, Legends, and That One Person Who Always Knows Where the 4-Prong Freewheel Remover Is,

We have a situation.  We've acquired an irresponsible number of hot dogs and absolutely MUST cook them immediately.  San Jose fire codes require we have volunteers present.  (That's not true, but you should come anyway).  The one and only Kenneth will be the grill master and he takes pride in his work!

🔥 FIRST QUARTER VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION WEENIE ROAST 🔥

That's right—we're using the ancient ritual of Cooking Tubes of Meat Over Fire to celebrate YOU and your amazingness.

Why should you come?

• FREE FOOD (it's literally burnt offerings to honor your greatness—sorry about the burnt part Kenneth)
• Meet Carly, our new Fund Development Director!  She's brilliant, passionate about our mission, and genuinely excited to meet the volunteers who make Good Karma Bikes legendary
• Hang with the board and staff in a setting where nobody has to fix a derailleur (unless you WANT to, we won't stop you)
• Prove that you can identify all your fellow volunteers without their safety glasses on
• Experience the unique aroma of chain lubricant mixed with BBQ smoke (it's a vibe)
• Special TV segment, Good Karma Bikes was awarded a CBS Icon Award.  The minutes long video is scheduled to air February 11.  We will have it on the big TV in the shop.
