The Patient Experience Volunteer role is a fully inclusive program. Volunteers are part of the full Patient Experience and can help in various ways. Components of the volunteer role may include visiting, short walks, and on occasion an errand.
Your enthusiasm keeps them engaged and makes the experience more enjoyable. You might discuss hobbies, have tea, take a walk, reminisce about past life events or review the news together.
