Partneriaeth Tirwedd y Carneddau
Mae Partneriaeth Tirwedd y Carneddau yn gasgliad o sefydliadau, gan gynnwys Cymdeithas Eryri, dan arweiniad Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri. Bydd y cynllun yn helpu i hyrwyddo dyfodol cadarnhaol i’r Carneddau drwy gynyddu dealltwriaeth a mwynhad o’i hanes, ei thraddodiadau diwylliannol a’i bywyd gwyllt.
Fel rhan o’r cynllun, nod y Gymdeithas yw cael gwared ar Jac y Neidiwr o’r Carneddau drwy drefnu diwrnodau gwirfoddolwyr, digwyddiadau hyfforddi a thrwy hwyluso grwpiau gweithredu cymunedol newydd a phresennol.
Mae’r Gymdeithas hefyd yn gweithio gyda’r Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol i glirio eithin a rhedyn o safleoedd archeolegol cofrestredig. Mae’r gwaith hwn yn datgelu ac yn cadw hanes cyfoethog y gadwyn o fynyddoedd, ac yn achos clirio eithin mae’n darparu mannau bwydo i’r frân goesgoch eiconig.
The Carneddau Landscape Partnership
The Carneddau Landscape Partnership is a collection of organisations, including Snowdonia Society, led by Snowdonia National Park. The scheme will help promote a positive future for the Carneddau by increasing understanding and enjoyment of its history, cultural traditions and wildlife.
As part of the scheme the Society aims to eradicate Himalayan Balsam from the Carneddau by organising volunteer days, training events and by facilitating new and existing community action groups.
The Society also works with the National Trust to clear gorse and bracken from scheduled archaeological sites. This work uncovers and preserves the rich history of the mountain range, and in the case of gorse clearance it provides feeding grounds for the iconic chough.

Caru Eryri: Gwneud gwahaniaeth yn 2024
Ymunwch â Chymdeithas Eryri, Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri, Partneriaeth Awyr Agored a'r Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol yn ein rhaglen wirfoddoli fwyaf. Gyda'n gilydd, byddwn yn rheoli effeithiau ymwelwyr, yn darparu gwybodaeth hanfodol ac yn cefnogi cymunedau lleol.
Gwnaeth gwirfoddolwyr y llynedd waith anhygoel, ond mae angen tîm hyd yn oed mwy eleni. Ein nod yw cwmpasu mwy o leoliadau am dymor estynedig, gan sicrhau mwynhad cynaliadwy o Eryri i bawb.
P'un a ydych chi'n angerddol am yr amgylchedd neu'n dymuno rhoi rhywbeth yn ôl, mae yna rôl i chi. O lanhau sbwriel i addysgu ymwelwyr, mae pob cyfraniad yn gwneud gwahaniaeth.
Gadewch i ni wneud 2024 yn flwyddyn o weithredu a chadwraeth yn Eryri. Ymunwch â ni i gadw'r trysor naturiol hwn am genedlaethau i ddod.

We work with partner organisations to identify and respond to the needs of the National Park carrying out work including peatland restoration, conifer clearance and footpath building. Mae llawer o’n gwaith yn cynnwys gwella’n ymarferol ac mae ein rhaglen hyfforddi yn helpu i ysbrydoli ac ychwanegu at wybodaeth pobl a’u gwerthfawrogiad o Eryri, ei threftadaeth, ei chynefinoedd a’i bywyd gwyllt.

Cymdeithas Eryri: Ymhyfrydu yn y Parc Cenedlaethol
Sefydlwyd Cymdeithas Eryri yn 1967 a’i nod yw gwarchod a gwella harddwch a rhinweddau arbennig Eryri ac i hyrwyddo eu mwynhad er budd pawb sy'n byw, yn gweithio neu'n ymweld â'r ardal, yn awr ac yn y dyfodol.
Mae gwaith ein gwirfoddolwyr yn rhan o’r rhwydwaith sy’n cynnal ein Parciau Cenedlaethol. Mae ein tîm o wirfoddolwyr ymroddedig yn cyfrannu at raglenni tymor hir o waith hanfodol: cynnal llwybrau, rheoli rhywogaethau o blanhigion ymledol, clirio sbwriel, a rheoli cynefinoedd er budd bywyd gwyllt. Er bod lleihau difrod yn elfen hanfodol, mae’n fwy na hynny. Mae llawer o’n gwaith yn cynnwys gwella’n ymarferol ac mae ein rhaglen hyfforddi yn helpu i ysbrydoli ac ychwanegu at wybodaeth pobl a’u gwerthfawrogiad o Eryri, ei threftadaeth, ei chynefinoedd a’i bywyd gwyllt.
Ers ffurfio Cymdeithas Eryri dros 50 mlynedd yn ôl mae ein rhaglen gadwraeth ymarferol wedi mynd o nerth i nerth. Bellach rydym yn cynnal sawl gweithgaredd bob wythnos ac yn galluogi cannoedd o bobl i gyfrannu miloedd o oriau o’u hamser tuag at warchod Eryri bob blwyddyn. Mae gwirfoddolwyr yn cael cyfle i roi rhywbeth yn ôl i Eryri yn ogystal ag archwilio a mwynhau rhai o ardaloedd harddaf a mwyaf arbennig y wlad. Hefyd, maen nhw’n magu profiad ymarferol, gwybodaeth, hyder ac ystod o fedrau sy’n hybu’r posibilrwydd iddyn nhw gael eu cyflogi.
Snowdonia Society: Passionate about the National Park
The Snowdonia Society, established in 1967, is a member-based registered charity working to protect and enhance the beauty and special qualities of Snowdonia and to promote their enjoyment in the interests of all who live in, work in or visit the area both now and in the future.
The work of our volunteers is part of the network that keeps our National Parks going. Our team of dedicated volunteers contribute to long-term programmes of essential work: maintaining footpaths, controlling invasive plant species, clearing litter, and managing habitats for the benefit of wildlife. It isn’t all about damage limitation, though that is a vital element. Much of our work involves practical enhancement and our training programme helps inspire and deepen people’s knowledge and appreciation of Snowdonia, its heritage, habitats and wildlife.
Since the Snowdonia society’s formation over 50 years ago our practical conservation programme has gone from strength to strength. We now deliver several activities each week, enabling hundreds of people to give thousands of hours of their time towards looking after Snowdonia each year. Volunteers have the opportunity to give something back to Snowdonia and explore and enjoy some of the most beautiful and special areas in the country. They also gain practical experience, knowledge, confidence and a range of skills which boost their employability.
