GENERAL TRAIL MAINTENANCE - KANANASKIS VILLAGE-AREA (EVAN THOMAS PROVINCIAL RECREATION AREA)

This project will work with Alberta Parks staff to do brushing and limbing and minor trail read work/repairs on various trails over several dates in the Evan-Thomas Provincial Recreation Area (near Kananaskis Village). The level of work will be moderate. We’ll be using hand tools (long handled pruners and hand saws, rakes, hoes) to cut back brush/small trees to improve sightlines and fix minor trail or drainage issues.

Meeting time: 9:00am (work day: 9:00am-3:00pm) 

Meeting location & What to Bring: Will be confirmed in reminder email, sent day prior to registered volunteers.
