Details: Hundreds of volunteers are needed in our Course Marshal role to direct walkers so they don’t veer off course and get lost along the walk route. In this position, you also cheer for our walkers and their dogs as they pass by, so lots of energy is required!
Volunteer Requirements
Must be 16+ or volunteer with a guardian
Must be able to commit to the full volunteer shift from 8:15-11 a.m.
Must wear the Walk for Animals volunteer shirt, provided at volunteer check-in on the day of the event.
More details will be sent to all volunteers the week before the event and will include the following information:
- Confirmation of shift start time
- Dress code
- Parking
- Meeting point
- Schedule for the day
