VMPC Position Description – Board of Directors

CHAIR, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT |
Position Summary: |
The Chair of Professional Development oversees all virtual professional development opportunities for the Association, such as webinars and networking meetings. The Chair may appoint committee members to assist in reaching the objectives of the position. |
Term of Office: |
One (1) year term; no more than three (3) consecutive years |

The Secretary provides administrative support to the Board and oversees the board’s correspondence. They are responsible for recording votes, minutes and motions at all Association proceedings and are a member of the Executive Committee. |
