A low-cost lunch is served in the Dégagé dining room each afternoon. 2-3 volunteers assist by preparing the food, running the cash register, and serving tables.
- All volunteers must be +13.
- Minors must use the 'buddy system' at all times.
- Must not wear shorts or open-toed shoes while in the kitchen.
- Must wear gloves, hairnet and/or hat while serving in the kitchen..
- Must be +16 to serve in the kitchen, but can be younger to serve tables.
