Woodhaven County Park - Alternative Spring Break at Woodhaven County Park - Native Plant Planting

Join us for an Alternative Spring Break series, geared towards college students and community members, where we focus on creating purpose and connection to nature. We will be in county parks across the community as we work on hands-on projects that make a real difference. It’s a chance to get outside, meet new people, and build meaningful connections with fellow students and community members.

Service Day Details:
Join Park Rangers and Department of Parks and Recreation staff for a hands-on effort to help beautify the park and spread organic native mulch, combating the invasive species that are using up resources for the trees and other native plants. We will also be planting native plants.
