Bus Driver
Volunteers drive the bus for resident outings including, shopping, scenic trips and other outings - some regular (weekly/fortnightly) and some one-off.
Drivers must have a Heavy Vehicle licence (LR, MR or HR Class).
Our buses are housed at various sites, which may not be the site the specific outing is for. Bus driver shifts include picking up and dropping off the bus after the outing. In general, driving shifts will take at least half a day.
Our bus services are currently under review so the need for volunteers may change in future.
CURRENT VACANCIES
1. Collect bus from Shelley, drive it down to Rockingham for outing with residents
2. Collect clients from home and escort to and from day facility and outings with residents
