Technical - Help Desk - Level 1 - answer phones 1 day/week
Five people share this duty. Each person handles the calls one day a week.
We have instructions we can send out to you before you start.
We need a person for Wednesday.
They call in twice a day and respond to the calls, which are typically about account level challenges - like forgotten passwords, system availability, etc.
There is a technical volunteer team which can back you up for any technical questions.
