Need a person with experience in putting together newsletters or other publications. Must be able to write short articles and announcements. Responsibilities will be primarily to keep the content of the portal site current; including monitoring the calendar of participating members to find lead stories for the portal front page. This is NOT a technical postion. Programming skills not necessary, but you must be computer literate since updates are done through a web based interface program. Also, we are currently planning the second generation of the website. The person in this role will have the opportunity to participate in the creation of a new interface for entering events.
Volunteer time: 5-10 hours a month
