Purpose of the Role:  To provide support for nurses by offering tea/coffee/refreshments for post-operative patients

Specific Duties:

• Check the supplies and restock the drawer with biscuits sugar, tea, so ready to go
• Prepare the trays with cups biscuits and the basics so when nurses say what patients want, the extras can be added.
• Be available for patients to make requests/check if they would like more tea/coffee/sandwich etc
• Chatting to/ keeping patients company if they want to talk/want company
• Keep waiting area tidy
• Offer visitors tea/coffee
• Load/unload work dishwasher
• Accompany patients to the taxi stand /to their vehicle as requested
• Assist with clerical duties if endoscopy suite is quiet, as requested
