Mission Statement
The Centre offers recreation programs, day trips, multi-day trips, and social events for adults age 55 and over. Activities include cards, bocce, walking club, computer club, shuffleboard, carpet bowling, curling, 5-pin bowling, choir, crafts and special events, including monthly lunches and Military Whists. The Seniors Centre also offers registered programs in fitness, tap dancing, line dancing and Tai Chi.
The Senior Centre is located within the Nepean Sportsplex.
