Warm Line Caller

- Provide warm, friendly and timely telephone contact with families living with periods of separation due to military requirements.

- To offer information on programs and services available through Separation & Reunion Support in particular and the MFRC in general

- Calls are documented and the information is reported to the Coordinator to ensure consistent quality service.

- Maintain strict confidentiality and proper protection of personal information

- Meet at the end of each warm line call session to debrief and discuss any identified problems or issues.
