Job Title: Veteran Donations and Distribution Volunteer
Job Summary:
Work with the City of Long Beach Warehouse staff to bring in donations and distribute to partners via our Square Space store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with warehouse and partners to whom we distribute these donations.
- Update the online store as needed with new donations. Assist partners with the store if needed.
- Document procedures and keep them up to day – both internal and external.
- Communicate regularly with partners by publishing the donations list and sending the link to authorized partners.
Qualifications:
- Technical background, working with application software.
- Research Skills: Strong research and analytical skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and verification.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Technical Skills: Ability to work with different Microsoft and Google applications.

Location:
This is primarily a remote position, with direct access to the web site and the store. Occasional visits to the warehouse or partner locations.
