Job Title: NeonOne Support for Long Beach Area Veterans Collaborative

 

Job Summary:

 NeonOne is a CRM (constituent relationship management) application with a variety of features such as donor management; grant tracking; activity tracking (tasks) and much more.

 

This position is responsible for assisting with system maintenance and other administrative tasks utilizing NeonOne CRM for the organization.

 

Essential Functions:

Assist in maintaining and creating content in software.

Create new forms 

Work with emails, lists, marketing

Support Managers with reporting

Preferred Experience:

Willing to train right individual but prefer experience with CRM systems or the like; a non-profit background is helpful but not essential.

Ability to use technology and understand underlying business procedures.
