Volunteer Opportunity: Social Media Manager (Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram)
Help Us Elevate Our Online Presence!The Long Beach Area Veterans Collaborative is looking for a creative and reliable volunteer to help manage and grow our social media presence. This role involves:
1. Building our Company profile on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages (networking, increasing follower counts, adding our logo, themes, and links)
2. Creating and maintaining engaging content for our Facebook and LinkedIn pages
3. Collaborating with our team to develop fresh ideas and strategies for building a presence on Instagram
4. Supporting our mission by highlighting veteran services, community partners, events, and impact stories
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in digital marketing, nonprofit work, or veteran advocacy. Experience with social media management is preferred, but enthusiasm and initiative go a long way!
Time Commitment: Flexible hours, approx. 3–5 hours/week
