Job Title: Software Support Specialist for Long Beach Area Veterans Collaborative
The Long Beach Veterans Collaborative has implemented a variety of business software to help ensure our commitment to technology and the benefits receive from it. Following are the main ones we are utilizing today.
NeonOne is a CRM (constituent relationship management) application with a variety of features such as donor management; grant tracking; activity tracking (tasks) and much more.
This position is responsible for assisting with system maintenance and other administrative tasks utilizing NeonOne CRM for the organization.
Better Impact for Volunteers. We utilize this software product to recruit volunteers and track volunteer hours. It is a mostly self-serve product and requires a minimum of staff time.
Our online resources directory is our premiere product. We maintain our partners' information which is available to anyone with the link. This then gives them local or regional resources.
Essential Functions:
Assist in maintaining and creating content in software.
Work with emails, lists, marketing
Support Managers with reporting
