Primary Responsibilities: Welcome guests to the Stadium and be ready to assist them with locating restroom, concession, pub, and exits as well as answer general questions. View guest tickets and direct guests to the appropriate entrance to the theatre. Responsible for filling the program book racks at the start of the evening and handing the books out to guests as they arrive. Responsible for keeping the lobby & restrooms clean and tidy throughout the event including sweep popcorn off floor, empty trash cans, and replenish paper towels and toilet paper in restrooms.
Primary Requirements: Must be capable of standing for extended periods of time, working independently, and be able to lift 20 lbs. Often in crowded, confined spaces, and be able to handle emergency situations pertaining to patron safety.
