Front of House Volunteering
As a Front of House volunteer you will be in a customer facing position and play a big part in the visitor experience at the Museum.
Our Front of House volunteers provide friendly customer service to our guests and supports Museum functions.
Front of House volunteering is an engaging and rewarding volunteering opportunity for anybody passionate about customer service and sharing the history of our amazing state with others in our community.
Front of House volunteer - Boola Bardip role:
- welcome visitors and assist with general enquiries, including way-finding
- engage with visitors throughout the Museum and grounds
- assist Museum staff in delivery of programs
- adhere to emergency procedures and instructions
- participate in organisation, site and role-specific training
- play a part in mentoring programs for new volunteers
