Enrich group activity programs for elders and adults with disabilities by sharing your stories, hobbies, and talents.

Engage directly with our clients by joining a premade activity, or leading your own.    

Group Activities may include:
- Show-and-Tell (sharing your pet, etc.)
- Storytelling (travel talk, etc.)

- Performances (music, etc.)

- Hobby Highlights (craft demos, etc.)
- Game Playing (trivia, etc.)
- Exercise/Wellness Instruction (seated yoga, guided meditation, etc.)

- Education (sharing tips on healthy living, etc.)

Everett Adult Day Health Center: 2931 Rucker Ave, Everett, WA 98201

Mondays – Fridays, between 9am – 11am

South Seattle Adult Day Health Center: 4712 35th Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98118
Mondays – Fridays, between 9am – 11am

Seattle Senior Housing Authority Buildings (Various location options available in/around neighborhoods below): 
Mondays – Fridays, between 10am - 6pm 

  • North Seattle (Pinehurst, Bitterlake, Green Lake, Magnolia, Phinney Ridge, Ballard, Fremont, Ravenna, University Village)
  • Central Seattle (Queen Anne, First Hill, Capitol Hill, Leschi)  
  • South Seattle (International District, Rainier Beach, South Park, White Center)  
  • West Seattle 

Virtual (via Zoom):
Mondays – Thursdays, inc. 1pm – 1:30pm Orientation and 1:30pm – 2:30pm Event  

Experience Needed:
None required; Orientation provided

Minimum age of 18 required for in-person service (unless participating with a group, including an adult group leader) 

All ages welcomed for Zoom volunteering
