Meal Time Assistance Volunteers make our resident’s mealtimes more pleasant, allowing socialization and communication with our volunteers and other patients.   This position requires the volunteer be a caring individual with good listening and positive interpersonal skills.  There are several duties and responsibilities of our Volunteers.  These would include assisting residents to the Dining Room, serving meals, cutting food, encouraging nourishment and socializing with the residents.  Volunteers will work as a team while working with staff.   If you have an interest in working with older adults or individuals with disabilities, this may be the right opportunity for you!
