Family Care Team - Data & Research Volunteer
Overview
If you’re someone who sees the story behind the numbers, or wants to learn how,this role is for you. As a Research & Evaluation Volunteer, you’ll help us uncover what’s working, what’s missing, and how we can better serve the children and families at the heart of our mission.
Your work will shape real programs, guide leadership decisions, and ultimately improve how we walk alongside caregivers and kids in our community.

🧠 What You'll Do

Collect and organize survey responses from caregivers, community partners, or staff

Identify trends and patterns in program outcomes and feedback

Assist with data visualizations and reporting for internal and external use

Help generate insights that strengthen policies, services, and decision-making

No advanced experience needed. Training and support will be provided.
Must be reliable, flexible, and open to learning new tools or systems.

Qualifications Required
- Family Care Volunteer (Tier) Must be at least Tier 1
- eLearning- Family Care Orientation Must be Completed
- eLearning - VDSS Mandated Reporter Online Training Must be Passed
- eLearning - Building Self-Awareness: Attachment & ACEs Must be Completed self-assessment
- eLearning - Sign-In, Sign-Out & Feedback Tutorial Must be Completed
