Please join SELT, the Merrymeeting Lake Association, and New Durham Conservation Commission to celebrate what you made possible: the permanent protection of the 600+ acre Mount Jesse as part of the Merrymeeting Clean Forever initiative!

- Participate in guided walks to see key features and habitats.
- Learn about trail and habitat management goals, including the future of the summit.

Important note: the 1.3 mile driveway from Kings Highway to the summit is a narrow, steep, one-lane gravel road. 4WD vehicles are suggested.
Difficulty: Moderate
GOATs Role: Show up 45 minutes prior to the start of the event and help with attendance, parking, use radio to communicate with staff or volunteer at the top of the mountain ensuring the driveway is clear, assist with set-up of refreshments, assist during walk, and assist at the end of the event.
