Remote - Case Manager
Must be 18 or older. Remote position/work from home.
Being a Case Manager would involve doing simple a follow-up to reach out to our newest adoption successes and furr-ever homes. Your job would be to reach out by email, phone, or text, and make sure the new family is having a smooth transition with their new kitty.
This would sometimes involve giving advice for different hurdles and obstacles the new family may come across, such as socialization, litter box issues, etc.
We will provide training and protocols so you'll feel well-prepared and equipped to answer any questions or lend a paw with concerns. A training manual is included so you have a reference on hand for any questions.
Case Managers will be able to work from home, and would only require a 1-2 hour a week commitment. Perfect for those volunteers that have transportation issues, or would like to help as much as possible!
