Welcome to the Volunteer Weed Pull Program at the City of Edmonton!
Did you know that invasive species are the second biggest threat to biodiversity? Volunteers make a huge difference to stop the spread in parks across Edmonton. The City of Edmonton's Volunteer Weed Pull Program works in partnership with Edmontonians to steward the land while exploring the role of invasive plants in the ecosystem, and how to mitigate their negative impact in parks, green spaces and at home!
