Volunteering at Austin Health
Austin Health is proud of our team of Volunteers who enhance the experience of care and service to our patients, visitors, carers, families, staff and community. Volunteers work in roles at Austin Hospital, Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital, Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre and Diamond Creek Opportunity Shop.
Volunteers can expect to learn new skills and have opportunities for development, celebrate their volunteer roles through recognition and reward events and activities, and be part of a community of people working together.
We are now commencing a short recruitment for Patient Companionship Volunteers, Guide Volunteers and Retail Volunteers from mid-June 2023.
