Boxes of Hope
 
Join us as we support families facing food insecurity this week.
 
Your involvement—whether in sorting, assembling, facilitating vehicle traffic, or distributing boxes—will make a meaningful difference and embody the spirit of hope we want to share. Together, we will distribute 750 boxes! Feel free to share this with anyone interested - all are invited to help.

📅 Thursday, November 20 – Pavilion at Ascarate Park (indoors), 6900 Delta, El Paso, TX 79905
  • 10:30 AM - Sorting of all items 
  • 12:00 PM – Assembling food boxes (non‑perishables)
  • 5:00 PM – Assembly expected to be completed
📅Friday, November 21 – Pavilion at Ascarate Park (indoors), 6900 Delta, El Paso, TX 79905
  • 7:30 AM - Help unload perishables
  • 9:00 AM – Food distribution begins
  • 3:00 PM – Distribution ends
  • 3:30 PM – Clean‑up
🚗 Parking & Entrance
Parking will be available across from the pavilion or along Joe Yarborough. Participants may enter through the back entrance on Joe Yarborough or the main entrance on NRE Thomason.

Please dress in layers and comfortable clothes. Sunscreen and a refillable water bottle is advised. Light meal, snacks and water will be available.
