Volunteer Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Island Senior Resources. ISR's dedicated volunteers support our programs through their work supporting Meals on Wheels, driving clients to medical appointments, sorting and selling donations at Senior Thrift, guiding the organization on the board or on a committee, providing engagement, and so much more! We hope you find an opportunity that will be a good fit for you!
ISR provides essential resources for older adults, their families, and caregivers, throughout Island County (Whidbey and Camano Islands). We are the only private nonprofit in northwest Washington that provides the array of resources we do and we could not do this without the support of so many volunteers!

This page will be updated regularly, so if you do not see information about a volunteer opportunity you are interested in, check back again soon. You can also contact us directly or e-mail reception@senior-resources.org to inquire about opportunities.

How to Use This Page
You can use this website to learn more about volunteer opportunities, and to apply online.
Once you have identified a volunteer opportunity that interests you, click on the blue "Fill in an Application" button. This will take you to a page with two options:
- If you are new to volunteering for ISR, and have never applied online, go to the "I am new to MyImpactPage.com," create a username and password, and click "Save and Continue" to proceed to the application.
- If you already have a profile in Better Impact (by using Better Impact when you volunteer at another organization), go to "I already have a username" and sign in with the username and password you have used before. Click "Login and Continue," and your information will be generated on the application.

Island Senior Resources seeks to share the joys and help meet the challenges of aging in our Island County communities by providing integrated programs and services.
