We are looking for volunteers to join our Community Fundraising Team to support in all areas including bucket collections, Supporting Events, Fundraising, Schools and General public speaking, tin co-ordinator/collector and being our Mascot.

Our Region Covers: Warwickshire, Birmingham, Worcester, Herefordshire and Shropshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a great team, meet new people and gain new skills. 
Volunteering is very flexible, you can either commit to set hours each week/month or join us on a more flexible basis. Any time you can give helps us to fund our lifesaving missions. 

In return we will give you all the training you need to be successful in the role, support from management, and the opportunity to gain experience working for a national charity.

E-Commerce Online & Shop Support Volunteers

Online & Support Volunteers


Volunteering with us is easy, flexible, and inclusive. If you can spare a few hours a week, or a couple of hours occasionally, we’d love you to join our volunteer team. 

Online support, come join us at either Chesterfield Shop or our Head Office in Rugby to support the shop’s online sales and donations operation by preparing sold items for dispatch, ensuring they are safely and attractively packaged, correctly labelled, and posted on time.

Support volunteers will be with our Volunteer & Community champions based locally to their area shops.

Just so you know, we are unable to accept volunteers aged under 16 or anyone with unspent criminal convictions. Please note this is an unpaid voluntary position in a friendly charity shop. 

Training & Support: Full training will be provided including  Health & Safety, Manual handling (if applicable) Packaging standards and posting procedures

Kenilworth Shop

Our New Shop will be on the Kenilworth High Street, near to the clock tower.

With parking behind the shop and good public transport links, this could be the ideal place for you to volunteer.

 

We sell fashion, bric-a-brac, toys, jigsaws, books  so plenty of variety to keep you busy.

If you like chatting to people you can join our friendly team in the shop meeting customers or creating eye catching displays. Or you may prefer to volunteer behind the scenes, sorting donations. Both equally important to keep our helicopter flying.

 

And to tempt you even further free tea and coffee is always flowing

Rugby Head Office

                        Volunteers are the heartbeat of our charity.

The hours our volunteers donate help keep our charity boutiques open, they receive and sort donations and contribute vital skills to our offices and warehouses.

Their time can be valued at more than £1 million, but to us, it’s priceless.

Our community volunteers build relationships in the community to raise money and awareness for our cause. They attend and speak at events, put out collection tins, some even put on events just to celebrate The Air Ambulance Service and raise funds to help us continue our service.

Overview

We are looking for volunteers to join the team at our Head Office site. This is where the central services for the charity are based including, Marketing, Fundraising, Finance, HR, Volunteering and Supporter care.
