WHO ARE WE?

YO Bendigo is a fun, safe, and inclusive space where young people are empowered to have their say, develop new skills, and make a real difference in their community. Run by the Youth Development Team at the City of Greater Bendigo, YO Bendigo delivers a wide range of opportunities and programs for young people aged 12 to 25 across the region.

Through volunteering initiatives like the Youth Council, YO Events, and YO Media, young people take the lead—whether it’s shaping local strategies, producing live music and entertainment events, or creating Ambedo Magazine. Guided by the Youth Action Plan, YO Bendigo is committed to helping young people feel inspired, heard, and valued, while building strong connections with education providers, industry, and the broader community.
