Program Support

Volunteer in a Program Support role

Volunteer with Hobart City Mission's programs to help people facing hardship and homelessness.

Hobart City Mission has a number of programs that provide housing, support and opportunities to people who are doing it tough.

Many of these programs are supported by teams of kind-hearted,  compassionate volunteers that increase the impact of the program.

Programs that are often seeking volunteer support are:

  • Safe Space - emergency shelter and safety for people sleeping rough

  • Emergency Relief - food packs and other financial support for people struggling to put food on the table

  • Small Steps - housing and support for young mums aged 15 - 25 and their children

  • DIY Dads - housing and support for dads and their children

  • Mountain View - long-term housing and support for people who have been facing homelessness

  • 26TEN - reading, writing and maths skills for people who struggle with low literacy and numeracy

By volunteering at one of Hobart City Mission's programs you are helping to change lives. Go you! 💕
