Position Details:

Find teachers for classes and workshops. Ensure the teacher fills out an updated contract.Work with the program committee on registration booklets, number of students registered,paid/not paid, rescheduling with teachers, notify teacher, students, LAC and LAF if there is acancellation. Be a backup to ensure that needs are met for the first day of class for the teacherfor the committee, rescheduling. Works with web administrators, social media and LAF to getclassing advertised online. Working with the events committee. Attend board and committeemeetings. Help with exhibitions and (cataloguing and editing images)

Maclab Centre for the Performing Arts
Welcome to the Maclab Centre for the Performing Arts Volunteer Front-of-House Team!!!
You will be the front-line personnel providing customer service for the Maclab Centre for the Performing Arts. You will be trained in the policies and procedures for operating the Maclab Centre in a safe and friendly manner.
You are part of the team that will facilitate an enjoyable evening, a fabulous concert and create a home for the arts in Leduc. Your volunteer services will contribute to the creation of a warm and friendly atmosphere at the Maclab Centre.
