Welcome to the Upstate Region Medical Reserve Corps.
Mission Statement
The Upstate Region Medical Reserve Corps is a community based regional corps composed of medical and non-medical volunteers from Anderson, Abbeville, Cherokee, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, Oconee, Pickens, Spartanburg and Union counties. The primary mission of the Upstate MRC unit is to augment and support the regional public health emergency response during times of disaster and public health emergencies. During times of non-emergency, we increase the resiliency of our community to address and recover from disasters by participating in public health initiatives and community preparedness trainings.
