The Salvation Army - Waukesha County
General Interests
Drivers!
VOLUNTEER DRIVERS are needed for the upcoming holiday season!
Do you like driving? Do you have a good driving record? We are looking for volunteer drivers to drive to different store locations across Waukesha County and pick up and drop off kettles and bell ringers.
Job Duties: Pick up and drop off kettles or bell ringers at a variety of locations in Waukesha County. Every day we will generate a new route for you to drive. Stop at each location and switch out kettles and when you have completed all the stops on the route you will bring the kettles back to the corps office located at 445 Madison Street Waukesha. Each route varies in the time it takes to complete but should not take more than 2 hours from start to finish. You can drive your own vehicle or if available a Salvation Army vehicle. Volunteer drivers must always drive safely, obey traffic laws, and respect the rights of other drivers. Not only should you concentrate on your own driving, but you should also be aware of the other vehicles around you.
Qualifications: You will need to pass a background check and must have a good driving record. If you will be driving your own vehicle it must have insurance and be reliable.
